STILL ON TRACK

WEEK 3...14:5:6
LOST 5:4lbs
AIM: Under 13 stone by May.
(14:5 by Feb holiday & 14:2 by March holiday)

In theory I have almost achieved my feb holiday target with 2 weeks still to go. But maintaining the weight can be just as tricky so I'm not going to alter my goal but to work to stay at 14:5 or just below.
however the more I loose the more après ski I can enjoy!!!!!!!
