Soup Weather

Today it is cold, wet and windy, not a day for going outside although Dougal has been out several times; sensible Florence has only been out briefly.
 
After the Ocado lorry had delivered the groceries this morning I discover that there were some tomatoes, which were over ripe in the fridge so I made tomato, onion and sweet potato soup for my husband and leek, onion and potato soup for me. I am not keen on tomato soup, but when it was eaten for lunch I liked his better than mine!
 
Other than that, not a lot happening in our household, it is Friday so it must be the weekend and rather than soup time, I think it is now wine time!!!
