Guarding?

Backblipped on 22nd January.

We wondered how the cats were going to react when we brought baby L home. We worried that they would leave home but, in fact, they've been very curious.

They have both had a little sniff of her head and not run away... but not come too close either. We wonder if they had an inkling when I was pregnant that things were going to change - we feel that they did follow me around a bit, like little shadows, during the last few weeks of pregnancy.

Mr Messi-cat has taken to sleeping underneath or next to L's moses basket, almost as if he is guarding her.
