Old friends

Today I met one of my oldest friends for coffee. We hardly ever get together....just general life gets in the way but when we do we simply pick up where we left of.. one of those friends:) Great to see her and be reassured her lifelong mad food capers still exist in the trials of staying thin.... never eats middle of bread, just the crusts, and orders cappacino but scrapes off the froth..... brilliant!!!

(I ate all my whole roll and the froth...mmmmm!!!)

Finally got tax return done...yeeha so can see office floor again and begining to get rest of office gutted out ready for a big clean tommorrow...what exciting weekends I have!!! If only it would stop raining so I could actually get out and do some gardening ...

Feet up tonight and looking forward to Wimbeldon final tommorrow
