Dreary, Cold Day

As I left Wilmington, NC today after taking my sister to her place following her release from a 3 day hospital stay, I stopped to get this shot.  The portion of the span showing in the center is the section that lifts vertically up 2 huge towers whenever a large ship needs to pass under.  You can see some traffic on the bridge and it took me 9 minutes to cross at 4:30 PM. Worse later for those who were behind me.  Richard and Jerry, I know you have some great shots of this, but the cloudy cold conditions really appealed to me on this one.
