Hopeton01- Dr Martens, The New Generation

Time was when , in the UK, a Dr Marten boot was synonymous with rampant adolescent male aggression. They came in 2 colours: black or oxblood-red. I was scared in the 1970's when I saw a group of guys wearing them  . . . and walking towards me . . .

Well, Time moves on - DM's now come in all manner of styles and shades - including for women. Today's Blip is one fine example of that change . . . and they're not at all scary!
