Winter companions

7-spot Ladybird and Rosemary Beetle sharing the same shelter of a clump of Curry Plant, Helichrysum italicum, in my garden. It's amazing how many insects can be found over-wintering at various stages of their life cycle if you just look carefully. Milder spells, like today, help so you're not shivering or dealing with water down your neck!
