Brougham Bridge

Brougham Bridge which was damaged in the floods 7 weeks ago has collapsed. This bridge is near Brougham Castle and has been there since the early 1800's. This bridge is not used a lot by heavy traffic as there is a new bridge on the main road but it  is used by walkers walking around Brougham and now you have to go out onto the main A66 road and walk along the side of a very busy road.
