I'm getting worried about London property prices. Two houses in my road (this one is directly opposite my home) are on the market for £2.6m

How can people even on good salaries afford to break into the property market

House prices are 'pricing' ordinary people out of London. And no area is safe from gentrification and property price booms

We're forcing people in key jobs out of the capital and then there will be a shortage of people needed to keep emergency services, the NHS, local authorities and businesses going

Already longer and longer commutes are becoming the norm
