Gert Lush!!

Popped into Bath early this morning, before the sun had had chance to break through the mist, to return the clothes I’d bought for Christmas, but never had the occasion to wear! This is one of my favourite streets in Bath to walk as the smell emanating from the Lush shop is gert lush!!


Today’s linguistic lesson:
“Gert lush” is the highest form of praise that can be given to anything by a Bristolian. (See yesterday for a full definition of “gert”!)
