Major back blip!  [23/01/16]

I've said this several times... one of the best things that came out the Polaroid-Blipfoto merger is the ability for blippers to edit journals more than 5 days old, thereby giving the opportunity to fix blipping mistakes of the past!

So, whilst having a leisurely morning, I came upon blips from June 2012 - three months into my Blip-life. A collage I made in the early hours of the morning (1st June) got posted to the wrong date, and so it went on...

I hope you're able to see the "face" in this Watchtower located in Sharjah. I love how these are built (using coral harvested from the sea) and I believe in their time, these provided adequate defences by being key vantage points. There are several dotted along the Arabian Gulf coast.

Chauferred G to meetings etc. and had a haircut, so I'm looking less of a rebel. It is 39degC but feels like 45 and I'm only half way through the day. Then we had the trek out to Sharjah (Northern Emirate) to attend a church service.

My extra is off a young girl called Esther who seems to live her life in church! She knows all the words to all the hymns/choruses and when they had a special prayer meeting the night before G went in for her mastectomy, Esther laid her hand on Gs shoulder!! It was too sweet for words!
