Snow day!

Too much snow to venture out for something creative, so here is Riley dealing with 2+ feet of snow on our deck. Our road has not been plowed yet and the drifts are waist deep. Snow hasn't stopped yet either. Great old fashioned storm. I remember ones like this from my childhood. We didn't depend on cars as much then as we could walk to most necessary places like the local store and school. Now we need to drive everywhere we need to go. We are stocked up, warm by the fire, still have electric, don't have to go anywhere, and are grateful for the quiet peace that a snow storm brings.
