Screen time

Megan needed to be in Penicuik for 7 this morning, so another early roadtrip. Then it was time to tidy the house for our luncheon guests.

I roasted vegetables, made lamb burgers and got some black kale ready to steam. Still no guests, so I phoned them & they were only 10 minutes away.

Angus joined May and Nikita for lunch. Claire whipped out an apple and almond sponge cake that she'd prepared earlier. And then, while Nikki and I walked the policies, Claire and Mary knocked out stay of fresh scones.
