Table Mountain

Hoorah, sun shining today. Spent a very enjoyable few hours in Woodstock suburb at the Old Biscuit Mill market, where, as the guide book recommends, we ate and drank ourselves silly. Champagne, all round, my good man! Lots of fresh food and produce and local artefacts to enjoy in a really lively atmosphere with great music and good banter.

Back to base for a neck, shoulder and back massage followed by steam room sweat before cocktails on the verandah. What a life.
