One Man Carnival

So we were strolling along the Kings Road in Chelsea earlier today when we spotted this guy cycling up the road.  "Are you advertising anything?" I asked. "Nope." was his reply.  It seems to be his hobby. Absolutely amazing. Sometimes things are so random that you couldn't make it up.
