Another day , another downey

I think I should really get it through my head that there are fewer birds at the feeders between 4 and 5 PM. I really wanted to play with the new toy (a bird blind) today, but there was laundry and cleaning and a walk first . So I didn't get out to try the new bird blind till 4Pm. Even the chickadees were having none of it. They were keeping to the back side of the apple tree and with all the branches in the way there were no good photos to be had until this little downey visited the suet feeder. Unfortunately he too was partially behind branches. Time to move the blind  methinks.
