Cow-wash!

These water buffalo are wallowing in a pond beside the field irrigation water storage area near to Tirunelvelli town. The guy with them is making sure they all get a good soaking. It was hard to see them at first, there are so many and some were completely under water. Some have their horns painted blue. They seem pretty content to get a chance to cool off.
