So many bridges were damaged or destroyed  in the floods earlier in the month that I decided to walk to High Sweden Bridge and check on one of my favourites. 

The track up there which was upgraded just a few years ago is a mess, with deep channels and underlying rock showing in parts. The bridge which is on a popular circular route seemed unscathed.
