Welcome home after a busy day

Our next-door-but-one neighbour has this light outside their back door, which I see as I come out of the little alleyway into our back garden.  I love the welcoming glow it gives out.

Today has been lovely.  Bumped into a friend and fellow activist who gave me the most beautiful pair of gloves which are just like a pair one of my aunties had years ago; spent the afternoon doing final rehearsals for Red Shift and did two performances in the evening, both of which went down really well.

I'm definitely going to sign up for the spring production.
