Baking Day

I have missed not having any home-made cakes, I have hardly made any since Hubbys illness, I just do not seem to have had time, but, probably not made time.
Thankfully Hubby is now so much better, so I made the effort today. Almond Slices, his favourite, also some Cherry ones.
Whilst I have all the baking equipment out I always make plenty so some can then go in the freezer.
