St. Augustine - USA's oldest city

City Gates - When the Spanish walled the city in the 1700's the gate was the only access and constructed of palm logs. The current coquina pillars were built in 1808
Oldest wooden schoolhouse - The tiny building was built more than 200 years ago using red cedar and cypress, and put together using wooden pegs and handmade nails.
Grace United Methodist Church - This beautiful church building is Spanish Renaissance Revival Style and was built in one year (1886-1887)
St. George St. Pedestrian Mall - Runs south from the city gate. There are over 25 buildings that have been restored or reconstructed and comprises of retail stores, restaurants and museums.
