what frightened the birds

A laid back day today - after a latish breakfast we tackled some of the packing and then went to the hole in one for coffee - hmm very good. Walked to one of the parks and sat and read a while and watched the world go by.  Saw the swans in the pond and went to take them and just pressed the shutter when a big splash and a flurry of birds.  Caught the bus back and visited our pancake place again.  Sadly our three weeks are up and we will be homeward bound tomorrow but we have had a great time
