boats on the bay

We were planning on going to Morecambe yesterday for our Christmas food shop but postponed it because of bad weather and flooded roads. We may have got there but doubt if we would have made it back.

Much better weather today and driving along the prom the sight was amazing with good light and the tide right in. After the shop, which was nowhere near as stressful as it would have been in Kendal, we parked on the roadside alongside the prom so I could get a few photos.
