Bramble & Apple Crumble

I bought some brambles from our village green grocer on Friday.  I'm not too sure where they were imported from but they were beautifully plump and juicy looking and couldn't resist the temptation of making my favourite crumble.  This shot was taken before the crumble topping was added.  It is now in the oven as we needed time to digest our main meal.
