Izoird

I spent an awesome afternoon at the Arenacross event in Birmingham.

This is Fabien Izoird, who despite being the current championship leader, took a nasty tumble in the final and had to be stretchered off. I was about to write that I hoped he was well enough to continue the tournament but I've just read the news that he has unfortunately broken his leg. 

Let's hope he has a speedy recovery and makes his comeback next year.

I've added a couple of extras, showing the kind of air these guys get (especially the freestyle one with the fire).
