Long lie this morning then, just when I got up my pager went off. When I got down we had a crew so I helped out as Banksman then headed back up the road for some breakfast.

I had a meeting about a website in Queensferry, then had to head into town.

We got a chance to catch up with Ruth and Andy and Sam and Alex though and took Mr C for a walk round Newhailes.
