Sunday Funday

After yesterday I needed a day of fun with J9. So we hopped on the train, 20 minutes into Liverpool.

We went to the Walker art gallery, saw a practice session for Chinese new year, went into the beautifully refurbished library, strolled through the streets and J9 bought some leather gloves. We had tea and a look round the Bluecoat, checked out the exhibition at FACT, then beer/tea/food at Leaf, followed by train home.

Really fantastic day of just chatting and exploring, the icing on the cake was failing to walk past the local when we got off the train back in the village.
