You've heard of a 'white wash' (as opposed to a whitewash)? 
Well this was a black wash due to there being one pair of trousers that hadn't been washed before, and better safe than sorry.

I went to the doctors for some routine stuff.  I asked her to do my BMI and it was 22, which she said was rather low...  I thought that was just ridiculous as there's still plenty of fat left around my middle, so when I got home I looked online and it said that between 18 and 24 is normal for a woman... although maybe not for someone of my age.  Try it yourself.
