A disappointing morning as our potential buyers came round again but still haven't got their money through so no progress.  C thinks it won't happen. I feel sorry for them but also for us.   I was out most of the day having lunch with three lovely friends but came home to a depressed (and depressing) husband.  Sometimes it's hard staying positive for both of us!
