Dreadful photo

Today i did a 10 mile run. Sorry i am going to say it again. A ten mile run! It took me 2 hours and it was brutal. I really thought i would find it easier. As one of very closest friends said, 'that was stupid!'

I have a half marathon in may. I need to start upping distance. By the time i got in i was absolutely broken. I could not even take a decent selfie. I look like i am offering the camera out for a fight.

However i soon came to realise it was pretty epic and that i did really well and tomorrow is going to hurt.
