Great fun recording Episode 22 of the Podcast today with Phil!

Went for a walk afterwards and popped in on my Mum to take a card from Gerry which had come to my house and a new special spoon which is angled towards the mouth as well as a radio times. She seemed tired and her ribs were hurting when she had to move :(. She was pleased to see me though and I left her having dinner with Norman.
