Mantra

Run tonight was a bit of a shambles although I caught up with lovely fellow dog walkers but after 4KM I just gave up.Total over the last fortnight- a measly 25.8km. Only 308.2km to go.
I don't think my running will ever really improve but I saw this tonight and thought 'that'll do'.
