A dull, scary, day

Looks like something out of a Hammer Horror film doesn't it. It's been years since I blipped this building but this morning it looked quite dismal and spooky in the poor light.
It was a mental hospital until past governments closed such places and introduced 'Care in the Community', less said the better.
Over the door there is a welcoming sign saying 'Bear Ye One Anothers Burdens'. You might have expected 'Abandon Hope All Ye Who Enter Here'!
Needless to say, it is now expensive apartments.
