Dire

Just an experiment to see if I can upload a dire photo taken on my phone via the blip android app....

I was driving south for most of the daylight hours, in a vehicle only slightly smaller than a tank that the hire co had kindly "upgraded" me to. The A1 being closed between Haddington and Dunbar did not bode well and it was very windy in places, but I managed to avoid some of the A1 (A19, yay!) and all of the M1 until Leicester. Kept awake by listening to own CDs - eek! Stopped for diesel at the Blue Boar, for old times sake.
