Under the Cycle Path
Weather has been sort of ok today, although it has closed in a bit this evening.
Quiet Sunday, took my daughter to work.
She was miffed about missing the tennis and arrived back 5 minutes after Andy had lost.
I took this picture under one of the cycle path bridges, on the old railway line.
It was rather dark and gloomy and I couldn't keep the sky no matter what I did.
It required two separate exposures layered to get it right and that would have required a tripod. But I still quite like it.
Planning a trip round the harbour basin this week, but only if the weather is good and there are lots of boats in. Discovered you can get a boat trip from opposite Union Square and you don't have to book.
I spent sometime whilst waiting for the tennis to start, uploading pictures from a trip to Sutherland in June 2009.
Weather was superb and its a beautiful remote part of the British Isles.
Thanks to everybody for all the compliments
I've learned a lot since then but I still like a lot of the images especially the panoramas. I must do some more of that sort of thing.
