Learning to play on the swings

A great day: an hour's nap in the stroller around the park- Mummy didn't know what to do with herself, in fact she almost joined in with an EC PE lesson run around the park with former pupils.
A lesson on the swings- how to hold on safely so that one can swing high! Confidence came quickly and waving while swinging became a doddle. I had to stop myself from applauding so that E wouldn't copy and let go completely.
A swim at Kings. We swam lots of lengths on our backs aswell as on our front.
Then some throwing and catching practice with Daddy before teatime.
