Another American Kestrel

It's hard to find something interesting for Tiny Tuesday in the winter.  There is nothing growing and all the crawly things are in hibernation.  I went out for a walk and came up empty except for scenery and this beautiful Kestrel.  The light was so good and the sky so blue and he even turned his head so his face was in the sun.  How could I resist?
