Raw Fish and Beet Mouthfull

Had a wonderful meal at Mision19 in Tijuana - a place recommended by someone when they heard we were gong down here. 6 courses including a scallop parfait served in a glass mug, delicious grilled octopus and tenderloin with a smear of sprout paste and a couple of blobs of potato cream - and of course these delicious morsels!
