Velodrome

We went to the velodrome at Calshot Spit today - apparently there are only 4 in the country, including the new one for the Olympics.

We're very serious very much amateur cyclists but had a great morning aided by our excellent instructor Rob. No one fell off and we all managed some high speed laps.

The photo is of my daughter who enjoyed every minute and has resolved to reinvent herself as an adrenaline junkie! I can feel my hair turning grey now!
