It's always a bit of a shock to the system heading into town after a trip up north. Thankfully Roz is the driver rather than me, hitting traffic jams which weren't caused by sheep being moved was a bit strange.

Still we got a decent morning at the spa followed by a relaxing afternoon watching the tennis. Murray was unlucky to come up against probably the best player in the history of the sport. He looked a lot more aggressive at the start but dropped back to his more natural defensive game as Federer stepped things up. Still if he can keep working on offence with Lendl it won't be too much longer until he breaks his slam duck.
