Pre-birthday

Although Miles' birthday isn't until tomorrow, we decided to give him his present today as it's a public holiday (meaning that he can actually make use of it!).

We were expecting him to go nuts when we opened the back door and he saw the new cubbyhouse/teepee/boat/sandpit/climbing wall, but he was so overwhelmed that he obviously didn't realise that it was his present!

Thankfully that didn't last long, and we spent a fair amount of time in it over the course of the day, with a break to go and wish happy birthday to Patch (whose birthday is actually today). I've included a couple of extra shots to show Miles' new play area! About time he had a nice place to play in our building site of a garden, bless him.
