The new University Technical College

This is on the quayside at Newhaven and takes14-18 year olds who want to study marine engineering and related topics, eg scuba diving. It's a brilliant venture, though I do hope they're not going to ignore other topics such as literacy and foreign languages.

The site was a disused harbour-side building, pretty well just a shell. I'm not an architect, but I have some reservations about how it looks. What is it with those blue panels? However anything that is not an incinerator or scrap-yard is welcome here!
