Durell's 1st 5K Race

We ran Destin's Bayou, Bay, and Back 5K Race for the 5th consecutive year. I first ran the 5K in 2012 and a 10K, half marathon, and two 5Ks from 2013-2016 for this particular event. Our friend Durell move here for work about 18 months ago. I talked him into running this race, his first race and longest run ever, with us despite it being 35 degrees and 25mph winds. We all did great and had a good time exercising despite the elements. Too bad that I had just started to notice the chest congestion moving in, however.
