I felt better this morning, apart from still not sleeping, and having hot flushes regularly. Sue came and we went to the Windsor Farm Shop for cake and tea. A horrid rainy day but good to catch up with delicious cake, and bought a pasty for lunch which was also delicious, and shared with Harry as it was huge.
