Upon Drawing My Curtains

This was what the day looked like when I drew my bedroom curtains. Very grey. The reflection from my lamp in the window stood out.

On a good note, I managed to get my tax return submitted. Had to ring HMRC to find out how to report profit and loss, mostly loss, calculations. Roy and I struggled with this for 47 minutes before I discovered that HMRC has found out how to do this automatically.

I apologised to Roy for having taken up his time, having thanked him for his help. I have to say, I got through to HMRC very quickly considering they've had such a bad press about telephone response times.
