Film night:

1st Film: Black Mass

A decent true events, mafia film starring a rather different looking Johnny Depp. Brilliantly acted with truly believable scenes from the 70's.
The violence wasn't over done which in many films like this normally happens which I think added to it's appeal somewhat. My only criticism would be the tension didn't really build in a way to give the movie more punch. 7.5 out of 10.

2nd Film: Goosebumps

A bit silly and and aimed at a younger market but entertaining none the less. Few funny moments and some pretty good evil characters, but there should have been more of the evil gnomes (I loved em). 5.5 out of 10 as it had so much potential that was never reached, ask a ten year old for a review though and it may get a lot more.
