Green City, yellow cheddar
Heavy rain this morning. Working from home. Interrupted by our quarterly Green City delivery - mostly for Damion and Ruth, but still plenty for us.
It's great buying cheese in bulk, but don't be tempted to freeze it - it goes all crumbly when it defrosts. And it's a preserved food anyway - lasts for months if you keep it chilled and clean.
And, after much consultation with technical support, I got my first ADSL line of the bonded pair up and working. Hooray!
