Red Dragon

This little guy opened about a week ago. It is only about 3 cm across. There are several more flowers on the spike. There are about 16 different orchids in spike but it will be several weeks before they flower. In the extra is one that is partially open. I am looking forward to a good show in the coming months. One never knows. Sometimes the buds just shrivel up, often as a result of overwatering.
