Hamburg Rock City

Today we debunked North, to Germany's second biggest city Hamburg. We were staying at the Kogge Rock and Roll Hotel were the barmaid served us up a welcome shot on arrival and cheerfully informed us the bar should be open till around 4 that night and 6 on Friday and Saturday. As our room was very near the bar, we tried to keep smiling whilst stealing ourselves for a restless weekend.

The Kogge is in the infamous Reeperbahn, which shortly after we arrived, we discovered was going to be even livelier than usual. Some 60,000 Motorcycle enthusiasts where in town for the weekend for a Harley Davidson convention. There were hogs and dudes in Leathers everywhere.
