Bokeh Exercise

I am getting some mileage out of the flowers I bought and have used this gerbera for the bokeh exercise for Emma Davies "A Year with my Camera" project. Bokeh was created with aluminum foil and warmed a bit in Lightroom.  

I am still making my way through all the mono-Monday selfies, which is a most enjoyable endeavor.
